reflection

Reflection is an activity that is free and would not take more than 15 mins of your time.

It helps you look back into the decisions that you made, whether right or wrong. Reflection upon your job, your relationships and yourself helps you visualize your current status.

Where you go from here depends on the decisions you make from those reflections. If mistakes were made, learn from them. If good decisions were made, enhance and continue to improve them.

Understand that the person you are today, would not be the same person in 5 years time, just as how the person you are today isn’t the same person 5 years ago. Whether it is for the better or worst, it is entirely up to you.

Take sometime in a week to consciously reflect. It would do you good.
